I emailed Thredup with proof, got a response asking for more photos, and now silence for over a day. Just now I was cleaning the grossest item from the first box, only to find that it was fake too. I've had to email them one more time with my proof, and just have to hope they'll make good on it since, you know, it's illegal to sell counterfeits. My Cleanout kits FINALLY processed. TLDR: My kits that were recieved in late August finally got listed a couple days ago. I was pleasantly surprised. Good luck to all those still waiting. Thredup lost my bags. I sent in 3 giant bags of clothes that thredup in September. I spoke with thredup and they said they lost them. I used the money to purchase a Dress The Population dress and a DropDead sweater for around $17 total.
