Most faucets come with a replacement pop-up. Expect to have to at least repack the shutoffs, and know where the main house shutoff is before starting. Make sure the existing shutoffs under the sink have 3/8" threaded connections. In the worst case, the main shutoff won't shut off, and that's a job for a plumber.
