My 3 cents: They are replicas of other brands' well regarded pedals. Sometimes they are 1 to 1 copies of the circuits, sometimes they are variations on that circuit. To save cost, they replace expensive parts and materials with cheaper alternatives. Instead of a metal housing they use plastic... the pots, input-jacks and so on are of a cheaper ...The 3 that stay on my board are: 1) Fuzzface 2) Wampler Tumnus 3) Friedman Dirty Shirley.
