Pit boss not connecting to wifi

I can only set temp via Bluetooth. Air and probe temp constantly read 68 on the app. WiFi not working at all. Pitboss support has yet to call me back. I have the same grill and the same problem. I have an iPhone and the app is useless. I'm on android and they updated the app a couple months ago and it has worked good since.

Does anybody have problems connecting to the Wi-Fi on the grill?I have changed over as per the alert on Smoke IT. I now have wifi connection issues which I have never had before.
