Mas defense review

Im looking to get a barreled upper for my pistol build. Ive narrowed it down to a 11.5 Mas Defense upper and a 12.5 B. kings upper. Length wise I prefer the 12.5 but im cool either way. Im more conrcerned with quality. Has anyone had experience with these two companies? TIA
