At th12-14s where super wiz can be made (and what the OP is using for this tier list) there are no current meta war attacks using bowlers (except for maybe pekkabobat at th12 which is still vastly inferior to the same attack with super wiz instead of bowlers). The Super Troops added in the S tier are helpful in all situations, no matter the circumstance. They have the best abilities and traits in Clash of Clans.
