Oct 3, 2018 · I am an existing customer. I have an employee discount program (affiliated with an employer). I have recently upgraded two phones. I was told that activation fees would be waived. I am now being charged with $30 of Upgrade fee. Are they different? I thought there's only one $30 fee for when you upgrade to a new phone.
