It all started on Friday, December 22 at Al's #1 Italian Beef at 548 North Wells Street in Chicago's River North neighborhood, at Ohio Street. It marked the first time we have visited Al's new downtown location. Previously, Al's operated a drive-through operation a block away at Wells and Ontario.
